Upon scanning, detail product information is shown on screen. Cashier scan purchased items is a simple and ordinary activity. SOFTWORK POS shows scanned information as detail as possible, making it easy for cashier to see product name, quantity, variants, SKU number, Serial number, etc. Showing detail information is important for them to double-check, for example the right color or the right size when you are buying a shirt.
CS creates Book Order and attach Book Order Slip to the product. Hence, mistake of order swap is reduced. It is very important especially when inventory is low. We want to send the right product to the right customer.

Discount information are shown right after item is scanned. Beside product info, cashier screen shows discount information too! If an item is on sale, your cashier could see it right away. Hence, confirmation to customer can be made before payment process.
Avoid double-promo! Show cart's promo before processing payment. Not only discount, your store might have other promo such as 'Buy 1 Get 1' or 'Buy $100, get free voucher'. Sometimes, more than one promo could happen at the same time and the promo rules override each other. Cashier must be aware and, thus, SOFTWORK POS automatically shows available promo on each customer cart. This info is shown before payment step.
On this step, item is scanned, discount is shown, and other promo programs are also shown. It is time for your customer to make payment; cash, card, on EDC A, on EDC B, or other payment methods. SOFTWORK POS make cashier able to separate payment by type or by EDC machine to ease EoD settlement. Even more so, when integrated with SOFTWORK ERP or loyalty mobile app, payment can be made by loyalty points or pre-generated vouchers.
SOFTWORK POS screen shows preview of sales slip before it is printed. Sales slip acts as both proof of payment and stock deduction. So, it is important to check before printing it. Visualisation on cashier's screen shows exactly what is to be printed. It can help cashier double-check transaction detail before printing the sales slip.
Not only sales slip, cashier can print other reports too! After reviewing sales slip visualisation on screen, cashier could print the sales slip. Obviously, printing it would result in additional money inflow and deduct stock. Another common case is to do reprint. Cashier can reprint sales slip with some additional info, such as who reprint it, how many times it is reprinted, and reprint timestamp. This would protect the business, the customer, and the cashiers themselves. Moreover, cashier can also print EoD report. It helps them doing EDC settlement or check remaining stock.
